The contributors in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Financial Leaders’ Meeting have deplored in the strongest phrases the aggression by the Russian Federation from Ukraine and demanded that Russian troops be entirely and unconditionally withdrawn from the territory of Ukraine.
