Witch-hunt! This is Donald Trump’s favorite word. It’s also the favorite word of many in the unsavory group we call “Maga.” And they’re right! There IS A witch-hunt going on. Only not in the way they think. The witch-hunt is against freedom. It is against women, minorities, LGBTQ members, and anyone the GOP deems unworthy.
This, my dear friends and readers, is the REAL Witch Hunt. This is the witch hunt of the GOP. They’re never going to stop either unless we vote them out. It is us — and only us — who have the power to stop them. The ruling on the ban on the abortion pill was a somber and reflective moment. It’s likely with the two entirely different rulings, this will be heading to court — the supreme court.
The ruling in Texas from an alt-right, insane Judge was planned. There was the intent. There was the motive. The motive is to not only ban abortion in red states but everywhere. And they would never stop at just abortion. This is the meat on the bones of this witch-hunt.
They would never stop because, like Trump, there’s a hole inside them that must be filled — by witch-hunts. By driving away the people they deem less worthy. The GOP shopped around. They found a judge they knew would rule in their favor, would help them in their witch-hunt. And he did.
They didn’t count on another ruling that came down just minutes later from a judge in Washington state. This ruling says mifepristone must remain on the shelves in 17 states and the District of Columbia.. These states had sued to keep and expand access to the drug.
So what this means is that there are now two entirely different rulings. It will go to court. But we have to be ready — because they won’t stop. There will be much more of this from the GOP. And like much else, they got this wrong too.
There is no way the republican party can remain viable as long as they act like this. And many of them know it. But what’s happened is that many in the GOP have become so fanatical that the idea of winning has been pushed from their minds — all in the name of the baby.
The GOP cannot be allowed to win. They clearly don’t care about governing unless it pertains to subjugation — the subjugation of all who do not march in lockstep with them. And we cannot — we mustn’t allow them to have future power. There would be even more tragedy if we did.
