Michael Novakhov retweeted: Brazilian President Lula da Silva suggested yesterday that Ukraine cede Crimea to Russia in exchange for peace. Lula stated that Zelensky “cannot want everything”. He added, “the world needs tranquillity. We have to find a solution.”  He also sent a top advisor to Moscow
